Integrated Territorial Investment
The "ITI La Costa d'Oro" project is an integrated territorial development program involving twelve municipalities along the coastal strip of the Gulf of Termini Imerese, with the goal of transforming the area into a sustainable, innovative, and attractive Smart Land. Through the integration of European funds and local planning tools, the project promotes coordinated interventions in strategic areas such as sustainable mobility, energy transition, urban regeneration, environmental protection, cultural heritage enhancement, and digitalization of services. The initiative is based on a participatory approach involving public bodies, businesses, and local communities, aiming to strengthen the area's competitiveness and improve citizens' quality of life with a view to balanced and lasting development.
