The Molino Excelsior Museum in Valderice is an important example of industrial archaeology housed in an old mill from the early 20th century. The building, restored by the Municipality, still retains the original machinery and bears witness to the history of grain processing in the Trapani area.
Today, the museum is also a cultural center dedicated to the local gastronomic tradition, hosting activities, workshops, and initiatives dedicated to cuisine and the memory of the region.
