Residence Stella Marina is a tourist accommodation located in Ustica, between Via Cristoforo Colombo and Via Vittorio Emanuele, in a panoramic position facing the harbor and just minutes from the town center. Building B is a three-story building with apartments, some with independent access and connected to the panoramic solarium on the second floor via a walkway overlooking the sea.
The facility offers a total of 54 beds divided into seven studio apartments for two people (four with sea views), two studio apartments for three people (all with sea views), two one-bedroom apartments for three people (all with sea views), six one-bedroom apartments for four people (three with sea views), and two single rooms for staff or as additional bedrooms. All accommodations are equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom, hairdryer, Sky TV, Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. There are also two spacious, elegant, and functional accessible apartments with sea views.
Common areas include the reception with utility rooms and storage areas, conference and breakfast rooms, a wellness center with a massage room, shower, and two beauty treatment rooms, a diving center with a washing area and showers, and several solariums furnished with armchairs, tables, and chaise lounges, one of which features a 4x4 Jacuzzi.
