The Progetto Teatrando Cultural Association, officially founded in 2008, is a national leader in the production, organization, artistic direction, and distribution of theatrical performances, festivals, and cultural events. It operates through a network of collaborations with institutions and professionals throughout Italy, promoting artistic promotion, training, and distribution.
The project currently in the fundraising phase supports the Association's 2023 season. The primary objective is to promote the dissemination and development of knowledge of theater in all its forms: from the training of technical and artistic staff, to the direct creation of sets, to the national promotion and distribution of performances.
The estimated budget for this initiative is €20,000, which represents the total cost of the project. To date, €14,150 has been raised through donations from various supporters—both companies and individuals—but the project is still awaiting full funding to proceed with all its planned activities.
The initiative aims to ensure the continuity of programming, support emerging young artists and technicians, and expand the theatrical presence nationally. Through workshops, performances, and creative residencies, Progetto Teatrando contributes to cultural growth and social cohesion, promoting quality theatrical art even in areas that would otherwise risk cultural marginalization. Thanks to the support of its supporters, the festival and its productions can consolidate themselves as a reference point for the contemporary performance scene.
