The Intangible Micromuseum of Wheat and Bread is an innovative cultural project located in the rural village of Santa Rita, in the province of Caltanissetta. It is an ecomuseum dedicated to the memory and promotion of the culture of wheat and breadmaking, fundamental elements of Sicilian agricultural identity.
