Antiquarium comunale Agatirnide

The "Agatirnide" Municipal Antiquarium in Capo d'Orlando preserves and displays archaeological finds from the area of ancient Agatirno, an important center in the Nebrodi Mountains overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. The museum offers a journey through the history of the area from ancient times to the Greco-Roman era, through ceramics, coins, artifacts, and other materials from local excavations.

Established with the aim of enhancing the area's archaeological heritage, the Antiquarium serves as a hub for understanding the historical origins of Capo d'Orlando and the civilizations that have inhabited the northern coast of Sicily over the centuries.
