Grants for the retrofitting of properties belonging to the Municipality's available assets, to be granted on free loan to individuals or legal entities. The properties will be assigned through a public tender for the opening of commercial, artisanal, or professional businesses, with the obligation to operate for at least five years from the date of commencement of business.
